Frost alert
As soon as the outdoor sensor measures a
temperature between -1 °C and +3 °C (+30 °F
to +37 °F), the frost alarm symbol flashes on the
display.
Pay attention to the following:
Even if the frost alarm does not flash, there is always a
risk of frost or icing at temperatures around freezing
point. An outdoor sensor can only measure the local
temperature at the installation site.
The flashing cannot be switched off. It stops auto
-
matically as soon as the temperature is outside the
specified range.
If you have connected several outdoor sensors to the
base station: By default, the channel with the small
-
est channel number is always used for the frost alert.
