Your hearing aid comes with a 6 month warranty that protects
you against manufacturer defects from the date you receive
your order. If our examination determines that the unit failed to
work due to parts, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or
replace it for free. This warranty does not cover malfunctions
or damage due to exposure to moisture, unusual wear and tear,
or mistreatment of your hearing aid.
If you want to return your hearing aids please call
our Returns Department at 1-877-269-4252 for a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
