Troubleshooting
Problem: Blue Charging Cable is Glowing Red
Issue Solutions To Try
Wrong adapter Make sure the cable is connected to
the provided adapter.
Charging port is
contaminated.
Unplug the cable from the Hearing
Aid and adapter. Then, replug the
cable into the adapter and then the
hearing aid.
Moisture on
HCR3 or cable.
Clean the Micro USB end of the cable
along with the charging port on the
HCR3. Use an alcohol swab or Q-Tip
dipped in rubbing alcohol. Let dry and
reconnect.
Still glowing red. See contact info below.
IMPORTANT: Always keep your hearing aids away
from sources of excess heat and moisture of any kind
to prolong their lifespan and protect against damage.
Exposure to moisture will void your hearing aid
warranty.
