4. Insert the detergent drawer into the
guide rails and close it. Run the
rinsing programme without any
clothes in the drum.
17.7 Cleaning the air filters
The air filters collect the fluff. The fluff
normally occurs when the clothes are
dried in a washer-dryer.
At the end of each drying cycle the
message Clean the primary air filter
pops up to advise to clean the
primary air filter (see pictures from 1
to 5). The acoustic signal operates.
Occasionally the message Clean both
air filters pops up to remind you that
both air filters should be cleaned: the
primary air filter and the secondary
air filter (for secondary filter, see
pictures from 6 to 8). The acoustic
signal operates.
The message Check the air filter
could also pop up to advise you to
check if the filter is correctly inserted
(see picture 10).
To have best drying performances clean
the air filters regularly. Clogged filters
make cycles longer and increase the
energy consumption.
WARNING!
Do not use water to clean
the filters to avoid that
plastic fibres flow in the
water ambient. Throw the
lint in a dustbin.
1. Push the hook to open the primary

2.
Pull the primary air filter out.
