This product uses radio to wirelessly communicate data
between itself and other devices. Radio communication is
inherently not always 100% reliable, and as such, this product
should not be used in situations in which life and/or valuables
are solely dependent on its function.
Monitoring Temperature,
Humidity and Luminance.
The Multisensor can report temperature, humidity, and
luminance to a Z-Wave gateway or controller when
requested. If this function is supported by the
gateway/controller, the data will be displayed in the user
interface of the gateway/controller. The specific Z-Wave
command supporting the monitoring is the Multilevel Sensor
Command Class and Multi Channel Command Class.
Automatic reports are sent to association group 1, which is
setup via the Association Command Class. Please consult
the operation manual for these gateways/controllers for
specific instructions on setting the Multisensor.
