Edit LCD welcome/instruction message.

-line 8 = for the text on each line (16 characters per line)
= before the text, means it will be center aligned.
E.g
: 9999#58#=line1/line2/line3/line4/line5/line6/line7/line8/#
/ = next line.
If you want a line with no text just put two /,
E.g
: 9999#58#=line1/line2//line4/line5/line6/line7/line8/#
Line 3 will be empty.
