2.1 How the system works
The AG-NAV Granular Flow Control system is designed to ensure a steady distribution of dry
granular material by automatically adjusting the dispersal rate when the aircraft speed changes. The DC
motors individually control the impeller RPM with feedback from the high precision Optical encoders.
Many pilots will perform jobs with several different materials each day and the Granular Flow
Controller allows you to select from a limited pre-set calibration table for each material, eliminating the
need to calibrate when switching materials.
