DEAD BATTERY MESSAGE: Flashing message
MEANING: Battery #2 in your meter is dead.
ACTIONS: If the dead battery symbol appears, the dead bat-
tery must be replaced.
LOW BACKLIGHT BATTERY: Backlight flashes when user
presses the BACKLIGHT (
) button.
MEANING: Battery #1, which powers the backlight, is low.
ACTIONS: If the backlight flashes when user presses the
BACKLIGHT (
) button, battery #1 must be replaced. If the
backlight does not turn on, battery #1 is dead and must be
replaced. (Battery numbers are indicated by the numbers
printed on the pull tabs).
