The commands used to make gated (timed) totalizing measurements are:
MEASure:TOTalize:TIMed? [{<gate_time>|MINimum|MAXimum|
DEFault}] [,<channel>]
CONFigure:TOTalize:TIMed [{<gate_time>|MINimum|MAXimum|
DEFault}] [,<channel>]
- gate_time specifies the time input events on the counter channel are total-
ized. The range for gate_time is:
53220A: 100 µs to 1000s (10 µs resolution) or +9.9E+37 (INFinity)
53230A: 1µ to 1000s (1 µs resolution) or +9.9E+37 (INFinity)
The default gate_time for both instruments is 0.100s.
- channel is counter channel 1 or 2, specified as (@1) or (@2).
