Triggering and Gating 5
External Gate Stop Signal Polarity
When using the external gate sources listed above, the polarity of the stop gate
signal is set (changed) with the command:
[SENSe:]GATE:STOP:SLOPe {POSitive|NEGative}
[SENSe:]:GATE:STOP:SLOPe? (query form)
POSitive stops (closes) the gate on a positive edge on the Gate In/Out BNC
or channel 1/channel 2 input. NEGative stops the measurement on a negative
edge on the Gate In/Out BNC or channel 1/channel 2 input.
CONFigure and MEASure do not change the slope setting. Following a reset
(*RST) or instrument preset (SYSTem:PRESet or Preset key), a positive slope
is selected.
