Step 2. Reset the collision cell gas flow rate

b Close all MassHunter engines from the MassHunter Acquisition Engine
launcher. (Right-click the Engine Launch icon in the system tray, and
then click Shutdown Engines.)
c Start the Data Acquisition program.
4 Wait 20 to 30 seconds for the collision cell pressure and gas flow to
stabilize.
You should now read the high vacuum value which you targeted for and can
proceed with the installation as described.
5 Verify the Collision Cell gas flow:
a In the Command Prompt window, type the following and press Enter:
>msepeek 1605
b Close the Command Prompt window:
>bye
