4.3 REMOVAL
Condition: the visor is in full opened position.
Start the operation on the right side of the
mechanism.
• Pull downwards the spring release
lever (1; arrow) and move the visor
away (2) from the shell.
• Repeat the same operation on the
left side of the visor mechanism.
→ Now the visor is released and
removable.
4.4 INSTALLATION
Condition: start the operation on the right
side of the visor mechanism.
• Turn the metal movement guide
(1) so it is oriented in full opening
position.
• Place the visor (2) on the fasten-
ing mechanism and, activating the
spring hooking lever (3), close the
visor in the correct position.
• Repeat the previous operations on
the left side of the visor mechanism.
→ The visor is now fastened. Check the
correct rotation in the different posi-
tions (see paragraph 4.1).
4.5 CLEANING
For an optimal cleaning, remove the visor from the helmet and clean it using a soft
cloth moistened with lukewarm water: if the visor is very dirty, add some neutral soap
to the water.
Rinse the visor under running water and dry it by dabbing it with a soft cloth. Do not dry
by rubbing.
Notice! The cleaning is easier and more effective when it’s immediately done
after the usage.
Warning! Never use petrol, benzene, glass cleaners, abrasive products or
chemical solvents, as they may compromise the visor properties. Do not use
sharp or pointed objects to remove sedimented dirt from the visor. Do not dry
the visor on heat sources.
