foundthatthecauseofthemostfrequenttroublesisOverload(O.L.).
Ifaforceexceedingthewithstandloadisappliedtotheloadcell,theloadcellitself
isdistortedpermanentlyandcannotreturntotheoriginalcondition.Thisstatusof
theloadcelliscalledOverload(O.L.).
Theloadcellconvertssmallamountofdistortionofmetalintoverylowvoltage
andoutputsconvertedvoltage.
Themetalcanreturntotheoriginalconditioniftheappliedloadiswithinthe
allowablerange.
However,anyoverloadedloadcellcannotreturntotheoriginalcondition.
Anoverloadedloadcellmustbereplaced.
Pleaseunderstandthisandusetheloadcellwithgreatcare.

appliedtotheloadcelleveninstantaneously.

Thisequipmentusesabuilt-innickel-metalhydridebattery.
Oneofthecharacteristicsofthenickel-metalhydridebatteryisself-dischargethat
isafterthebatteryhasbeencharged,itwillnaturallydischargeitselfovertime.
Thismeansthatevenwhentheequipmentisnotused,thebatteryvoltage
continuestodropgraduallyduetoself-dischargeandfinallythebatterywilldischarge
completely.
