Replay Reload Flag
This flag is set after a half buffer of replay data is transmitted. This flag is reset
after the "Api429CmdTxReplayData command" was executed.
This flag can be used for detection of a replay data buffer reload condition (flag is
set). To reload the transmitter replay data, see also the
"Api429CmdTxReplayData command".
