This command defines the output amplitude of the selected API429 transmitter
channel via a D/A converter.
Note: The transmitter output amplitude cannot be changed for APM429 and
AMC429 boards!
In this case a call to this function has no effect!
Note: After a Api429CmdReset command or the Api429CmdTxIni command the
related D/A converter is loaded with 0x7A which corresponds to an output
voltage of 9.0 Volt (line to line).
