This function resets the minor frame sequence within the major frame on the
selected API429 transmitter channel. As a result, the starting minor frame identifier
is set to 1 and the number of minor frames is set to 1.
Note: This command is not accessible if the transmitter mode 'b_Mode' in the
"Api429CmdTxIni command" is set to replay mode.
