  If your AIRBORNE Fan doesn't power up, there could be a couple of reasons. First, check that the dwelling’s fuse or circuit breakers haven't failed or tripped, and ensure that 240V is available at the Terminal Block. Also, make sure the isolation switch is turned on.

  If your AIRBORNE Fan is making noise, check that all screws and parts are secured firmly, being careful not to overtighten them. Make sure there are no loose parts moving inside the motor housing. Also, ensure that the ceiling bracket is secure.

  If your AIRBORNE Fan wobbles, ensure the fan is switched OFF before troubleshooting. Here's what to check: * Make sure each blade has the same weight (with a 3gm buffer). * Tighten all screws, being careful not to overtighten them. * Ensure the ceiling bracket is tight against the ceiling and that the ceiling structure isn't moving. * If countersunk screws were used, replace them with the screws supplied in the box.
