Why does my AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer pump cycle but not build up pressure?
    • Z
      zallisonAug 17, 2025
If your AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer pump cycles but doesn't build up pressure, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the pump is properly primed. Check the inlet screen and suction tube to confirm they are free of clogs and fully immersed in the paint. Also, examine the suction tube for any leaks, tightening the connection or replacing the tube if necessary.

How to fix AIRLESSCO AllPro Mustang 2400 Paint Sprayer pump that does not prime?
    • W
      watkinsdaveAug 19, 2025
To fix an AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer that doesn't prime, first, ensure the Prime/Spray Valve is in the PRIME position. Check the inlet screen for clogs and make sure the suction tube is immersed in the fluid. If that doesn't work, try priming the pump with water or solvent-based flushing fluid. If the inlet valve check ball is stuck, try dislodging it with a pencil or power flushing the sprayer. Also, tighten the suction tube connection and inspect for leaks.

What to do if AIRLESSCO AllPro Mustang 2400 motor doesn't run?
    • L
      Lucas SotoAug 31, 2025
If your AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer's motor doesn't run, even when plugged in and the power switch is on, several factors could be at play. First, check if the pressure is set to zero and increase it by turning the pressure control knob clockwise. Ensure the electric outlet is working by testing it with another device or trying a different outlet, and reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse if necessary. Inspect the sprayer's electric cord and any extension cords for damage, replacing them if needed. Lastly, if the sprayer has been exposed to freezing temperatures, thaw it completely before use to prevent damage. If paint has hardened inside, it may require professional servicing.
