  If your AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer isn't running, first, verify that there is appropriate AC voltage (100-130V for 110-120VAC models or 210-255V for 230VAC models). Next, check the pressure control connections to ensure they are clean and firmly connected. You can also test the pressure control by connecting a known good one; if the motor then runs, replace the original pressure control. Also, with the sprayer unplugged, check the replaceable fuse for continuity. Finally, confirm that the motor leads are clean and firmly connected.

  If your AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer continues to run after reaching maximum pressure, the pressure control might be the issue. Try disconnecting the pressure control. If the sprayer stops, replace the pressure control. However, if the sprayer continues to run even with the pressure control disconnected, the control board needs to be replaced.

[13mm]. * Replace broken motor brush springs or realign misaligned ones. * Clean brush holders to ensure free vertical brush movement. * If the motor armature commutator has burn spots, gouges, or extreme roughness, have a motor shop resurface it.

The paint supply might be depleted, necessitating a refill and pump repriming. A clogged intake strainer should be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. Problems may arise if the intake valve ball and piston ball aren't seating properly; in this case, remove and clean the intake valve, inspect the balls and seats for damage, and replace if needed, remembering to strain paint to prevent future clogs. A clogged fluid or tip filter needs cleaning. A leaking prime valve should be repaired after pressure relief.
