What to do if AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer primes but has poor or no pressure?
- AAlexis TateJul 31, 2025
If your AIRLESSCO Paint Sprayer primes but isn't delivering adequate pressure, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the pressure isn't set too low by adjusting it higher. Check and clean or replace any clogged filters, including the gun filter, inlet filter, and manifold filter. A fouled or worn outlet valve can also cause this issue, so service the outlet valve. Additionally, inspect the prime/pressure relief valve for bypassing and clean or replace it if necessary (866428). Lastly, worn packings or the piston might be the culprit; try tightening the packing nut or repacking the unit.
