z While installation, open the back cover of the case of Series HS Clean Bench as
shown in Fig.5, open the top cover of the case of Series VS Clean Bench as shown in
Fig 6. The arrow mark on HEPA filter must be the same as the airflow direction of the
air outlet.

z When screwing up the clamp, please make proper spinning force well distributed to
insure the reliable airtight and firmness of the HEPA filter, and also to prevent HEPA
filter from leaking due to deformation.
z After the replacement, please scan the entire filter frame by airborne particle counter
to check the leak.
z In order to prevent polluting the environment, please dispose the abandoned HEPA
according to the local requirement.
