The clean bench uses fan with variable air volume system, by switching the fan speed to
keep the average air velocity in ideal range; therefore prolong the service life of HEPA
filter.
The flow type of the Series VS Clean Bench is vertical laminar flow, and Series HS Clean
Bench adopts the horizontal laminar flow type.
The ambient air is taken by a centrifugal fan through a pre-filter into the pressure box, in
which it can be secondary filtered by HEPA filter and then the air with specified
cleanliness and specified air velocity will go into the working area and bring away the dust
inside to reform a high cleanliness environment.
⑴. The clean bench should be used in clean room or cleaner environment.
⑵. Please put the product on the even ground and keep it away from interferential air
flow.
⑶. Caution is necessary when opening the unit package and locating it. Collision or
falling is prohibited.
⑷. Please keep enough space for maintenance. (30cm from air inlet is recommended.)
⑸. Before power on, make sure the rated voltage and frequency of the product agree
with the input power specifications.
⑹. Before running, please make sure the input voltage and frequency is as required in
order to avoid damaging the electric units and causing fire.
⑺. The clean bench power plug must be connected to the grounded socket, to ensure
the safe use.
⑻. This product is equipped with Universal Wheels, can use them for movement. If the
ground is not suitable for wheels moving, please use forklift for handling.
⑼. This product is an isolated machine, with no any accessories and no need to connect
with any other devices while using.
