1) According to the cleanliness of the environment, take down the pre-filter medium to
clear out regularly as shown in Fig.4 In general, the interval time is 3-6 months. After
2-3 times washing, please replace the pre-filter medium.

2) In general, once every two months, test the air velocity in the working area by
Hot-bulb anemometer. If air velocity is not in conformity with the requirements of
specifications, switch the Fan to high speed state.
3) If the air velocity is still less than 0.3 m/s when Fan running at high speed, then need
to replace the HEPA filter (normally the service life of HEPA filter is about 2~3 years).
After HEPA filter replacement, use airborne particle counter to check the entire filter
frame, if there is leak, take plugging measures.
4) The controller SAT07- AV（- CV） is provided by manufacturer, please contact
the manufacturer in case of any malfunction.
5) When replace the fuse, please pay attention of the fuse model: φ5×20，F4A L 250V.
or φ5×20，F4A L 250V.
6) When replace the light tube and the ballast, please note: light tube: T8 18 w, ballasts:
220V 20 W or light tube: T8 30 w, ballasts: 220V 30W. At the same time need to pay
attention to turn off the equipment power supply when doing any maintenance.
7) Always turn power off before cleaning or servicing the bench.
8) Pay attention to the following items when replacing HEPA filter:
z Keep the medium of HEPA filter in good condition when unpacking, transiting, &
installing. Do not touch it with hand.
z Before replacement, must ensure the new HEPA filter has no damage in transit, check
the filter medium against the light can do.
