2 INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Zoning System of Airzone, one of the most advanced systems of
the market which provides the major comfort of each room independently.

The Zoning System consists of two elements:
• Thermostats – they control the temperature and operation of the climate control system
in every room.
• Motorized elements – they open or close depending on the signal they receive from the
thermostat.
It could be select the installation’s operating mode by using the extra button on the master
thermostat: the MODE BUTTON. You can choose between the following modes: VENT,
COOL, HEAT or you can shut off the entire installation by choosing the option STOP.
IMPORTANT: In addition to having the Airzone master thermostat, some installations will
also have a thermostat for the air conditioning unit itself. In these cases the operating
mode must be changed both in the Airzone thermostat and in the unit’s thermostat.
The temperature control in the unit’s thermostat should be set to the minimum
temperature in the summer (cool) and to the maximum temperature in the winter
(heat). Avoid turning off the air conditioning with the unit’s thermostat. Use the
Airzone master thermostat for this purpose. Ask your installer for more information.
