Base too hot or base has already been heated
Action Check base temperature

Heat sink temperature too high
Action Check for air ow at back of unit air lter obstruction or heat sink fan for
failure

Coil overheating
Action Check for air ow at coil, check coil fan connections, product may be
located too close to ovens, steam tables or fryers

PCB board overheating
Action Check for air ow at back of unit, check air lter, verify heat sink fan is
operating, product may be located too close to ovens, steam tables or
fryers

Communication error
Action check wiring between display and generator reset main power by
turning off unit and unplugging. Possible power problem due to loss of
phase or low voltage.

Coil temperature sensor broken
Action Check coil temperature sensor connection
Only a qualied electrician should work on the activator.
