Tray too hot or base has already been heated
Check tray temperature
Base is too cold to achieve proper retention
Remove base and set aside for 10 minutes then reinsert
Base has been removed before heating cycle was complete
Place base aside to cool for 10 minutes then reinsert
Unit has detected the base is not centered correctly
Remove base and reinsert into centering device
