Programming an appointment reminder
To cancel your appointment call-back request:

Identify the terminal you are on
select the 'appointment' function apply
enter the time of the
appointment
apply where appropriate, dial
the number of the
destination set
apply
At the programmed time, your telephone rings:
press the On-hook key to accept the appointment (hang up : ).
If you do not validate the answer to the first call-back, a second call-
back will be made. After a second call-back with no answer, the call-
back request will be cancelled. If your line is forwarded to another
set, the appointment reminder will not follow the forwarding
select the 'appointment' function apply;
