TO ANSWER A CALL-Lift receiver
TO HANG UP A CALL-Replace the receiver or press the release key
TO TRANSFER A CALL-While caller is on the line, (do not hold call) Dial he extension
number, and wait for reply, and hang up.
TO CANCEL A TRANSFERRED CALL- Call on line, (do not hold call) Dial extension
number, if you get no reply, cancel the transferred call by pressing the release key
, Then press the line key (flashing green) to return to the caller.
TO HOLD A CALL-Press the hold key, to retrieve a held call- Press the line key
(flashing green).
TO PICK UP A CALL AT ANOTHER EXTENTION- Lift the handset and press the Pick Up
key.
TONE KEY- this key allows you to use touch-tone keys, e.g.; if an Auto Attendant
answers you, Press the TONE key to allow you use touch-tone.
AUTOMATIC CALL BACK-Upon receipt of a busy tone, Press # key.
CONFRENCE CALLS ( 3 way calls)- Dial first number, when answered, Dial second
number, when answered Dial 50.
TO PARK A CALL- while caller is on the line, Press 12 and hang up receiver. To
retrieve Parked call, Lift receiver and Dial 12 followed by extension number where
call was originally parked.
