MASTER DIVERT
TO DIVERT TO AN EXTENTION NUMBER- Press the Mdivert key followed by the
extension number and release key .
TO DIVERT TO YOUR VOICEMAIL- Press the Mdivert key followed by your mail key
, and your release key.
TO DIVERT TO A MOBILE/EXTERNAL NUMBER- Press the MDivert key followed by 9
and the external number followed by the MDivert key again and then Release.
TO CANCEL ANY DIVERT- Dial 60 and release key.
PERSONAL SPEED DIALS
Speed dials save under codes 0-9
TO PROGRAM A SPEED DIAL- Press the directory key followed by the
information key , type in the first code (0). Type in the name ( 6 characters)
shown on your screen, press the ok key , then type in 9 and the number and
press ok key again.To program the next number press the information key again ,
followed by the next code (1), the name, number and so on as above. When you
have finished programming your numbers, press the release key.
TO DIAL OUT A SPEED DIAL- Press the directory key followed by the relevant
code. (0-9).
DIAL BY NAME
Your directory will list all internal and all saved external numbers.
To find names and numbers, Press and hold the directory key for 2 seconds.
Type in the1st letter of the person’s FIRST name and use your navigator key to
scroll through the names. Note; e.g. if you are looking for a name beginning with L
Press 5 on your keypad and begin scrolling from J you can not press 5 three times as
on a mobile phone. When the correct name is found press the ok key to dial.
