Your phone will automatically divert to voicemail after 4 rings.
TO SET UP YOUR VOICEMAIL FOR THE FIRST TIME
Press the flashing mail key
And listen to the prompts.
You will be asked to enter a 4 digit password and press # to confirm.
You will be asked to record your name and press # to confirm, once this is done you
may hang up. If you wish to record your own voice message follow the prompts in
800.
TO RETRIEVE A VOICEMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE
Text means a missed call (caller ID) it will show the number of a missed call)
When your mail key is flashing, press it and enter your 4 digit personal
password. Your Voice and text will appear on your screen e.g.; Voice 1 / Text 0
To listen to your voice message press 1
To check your text press 3
To delete voice or text press 2
TO DIAL INTO YOUR MAILBOX FROM OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

You will hear the following options
Opt 1 – Mailbox – 1 to record your greeting
2 to listen to your greeting
4 to record your name
5 to modify notify mode
Opt 2 – Assistant- 1 is colleague
2 is external no
3 is mobile no
4 is operator # to confirm
Opt 3 – Configure- 1 is to change ring tone
2 is screen brightness
3 is headset
Opt 4 – Personal Options
1- to change password
2- to change language
