First use

1. Remove the battery cover

to open the battery compartment

on the un-

derside of the sewing machine.

2. Insert the supplied LR6 batteries

into the corresponding slots in the battery

compartment

. Make sure the polarity is correct (+/–).

3. Replace the battery compartment cover

and snap shut. It must click audibly

into place.
