Troubleshooting
Some faults occur due to minor defects and you may be able to remedy them
yourself. However, if you are unable to do this, you should contact after sales
support. Never attempt to repair the device yourself.
Problem Possible causes Solution
The device does not start up. The water tank is full. Drain the water tank.
The room temperature is
lower than the set
temperature (cooling mode).
Adjust the temperature
setting.
The cooling effect of the
product is insufficient.
Doors and windows are not
properly closed.
Close any doors and
windows.
There are one or more
sources of heat in the room.
Remove all heat sources, if
possible.
The hot air discharge hose is
not connected or is blocked.
Connect the hot air discharge
hose or clean it.
The temperature setting is
too high.
Adjust the temperature
setting.
The air inlets are blocked. Clean the air inlets.
The product is very loud. The product is positioned on
an uneven surface.
Place the product on a level,
flat surface.
Fault code "E0" The room temperature
sensor is faulty.
Contact after sales support.
Fault code "E2" The water tank is full. Drain the water tank.
