Symptom Possible causes Solution
Spray Gun
turns on but
does not draw
any water, or
there is not
sucient
pressure.
Hose adapter (3) is too high
above the water source
surface.
Lower the spray gun below 1.5m.
Hose lter (13) is blocked.
Take out the hose lter (13) and rinse
the parts with clean water. (See Fig. J1,
J2)
The garden hose is not well
connected to the machine.
Check and reattach the garden hose
tightly. (See Fig. D2)
Hose adapter (3) loose.
Tighten the hose adapter (3) securely
with a spanner (not supplied).
The hose lter (13) screen is
missing or damaged. (See
Fig. E2)
Contact Customer Service on 1300
889 028 for replacement or purchase
of this lter.
Pump, hose, or other parts
are frozen due to outside
temperatures.
Wait for the pump, hose or other parts
to thaw.
Hose kinks. Straighten out the 6m hose (11).
Additional air be sucked into
the spray gun.
Remove the pressure extension lance
(7) to eliminate the air, or remove the
multi nozzle adaptor (9) to drain all the
water completely. Then reattach the
extension lance (7) or the multi nozzle
adaptor (9).
