Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The compressor is run-
ning, but no pressure is
created.
The gaskets are defective. − Check the gaskets.
− Have defective gas-
kets replaced by a
specialist workshop or
customer service.
The drain cock for con-
densed water is not closed
or has a leak.
− Close the drain cock
for condensed water.
− Check the gasket
for the screw and if
necessary, replace it.
Close the drain cock
for condensed water.
The compressor is oper-
ating, pressure is shown
on the pressure gauge,
but the tools don’t work.
The hose connections have
a leak.
Check the compressed air
hose and all connections
with soapy water and re-
place them if necessary.
The quick coupling has a
leak.
Check the quick coupling
and if applicable, replace
it.
The pressure on the pres-
sure regulator is set too
low.
Open the pressure regula-
tor more.
