Storage and transport
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper storage or transport of the cordless drill could damage the
cordless drill.
− Store and transport the cordless drill in a clean, dry and frost-
free area where it and the rechargeable battery are protected
against direct sunlight. Always use the enclosed plastic case to
store and transport the cordless drill and the accessories. Other
storage locations and transport possibilities will not sufficient-
ly protect the cordless drill, the accessories and especially the
contacts.
• Make sure that the cordless drill and the accessories are completely dry.
• Fold up the mains cord so that it does not knot or kink.
• Always place all accessories and especially the drill bits, the magnetic bit holder
and the bits back in the plastic case to prevent the loss of accessory parts.
• Always take the rechargeable battery out of the cordless drill before you pack it
for storage or for transport.
Repairs

Repairs performed by the user or the use of unsuitable spare parts
to repair the device poses an increased risk of electric shock.
− Do not open the housing. Liability and warranty claims are
waived in the event of repairs performed by the user, improp-
er connection of the device or incorrect operation. Only have
your power tool repaired by a qualified professional and only
with original spare parts.
