• If the system uses Intel graphics card,
check whether it supports up to 480
Hz refresh rate.
• Add one RAM memory to the
notebook to increase the memory
bandwidth.
*To achieve 500 Hz refresh rate, ensure
that the Overclock function in the OSD
is set to 500Hz.

• Ensure that the monitor is connected
to the computer with the DP cable
that came with the monitor.
• It is recommended that you are using
one of the following graphics cards:
-NVIDIA RTX 30 series or higher.
-Intel Iris Xe with 11th or 12th Gen
CPUs or higher.
-AMD RX 6500 XT series or higher.
• Consult with your graphics card
vendor to determine whether your
graphics card supports 480 Hz
refresh rate.
• For computers with AMD graphics
cards, ensure you are using Windows
10 or Windows 11.
• For computers with Intel or NVIDIA
graphics cards, ensure you are using
Windows 11.
*To achieve 500 Hz refresh rate, ensure
that the Overclock function in the OSD
is set to 500Hz.
