Cannot launch
NVIDIA Reflex
Latency Analyzer
The NVIDIA
Reflex Latency
Analyzer is not
responsive, or is
not working
properly.
• Ensure that you have connected the
USB upstream cable from your
monitor to your computer.
• Ensure that you have connected a
mouse (wired or wireless) directly to
the designated USB port.
• Ensure that you have turned On the
NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer from
the OSD menu.
• Ensure that you have set the size and
location of the detection area to your
preferred setting.
Fan problem The fan inside
the monitor
keeps running in
sleep mode or
when DC is off.
This is a normal activity. The fan runs
continuously for about 9 minutes after
the DC is off or your computer goes into
sleep mode.
Display signal does
not return to
notebook
When using a
notebook with
display on
external monitor
only, the display
signal does not
return to
notebook when
the monitor is in
sleep mode or
with DC off
• Disconnect and then reconnect your
monitor and your notebook.
• Unplug and then re-plug the monitor
power cable.
• Ensure that your monitor is in Eco
Mode.
• Wait for about 9 minutes after your
monitor goes into sleep mode or is
turned off.
