Put transceiver into VFO mode, ensuring only frequency is displayed. Press VFO/M key if 'M' is visible.
Change the MHz part of the frequency using the MHz button and dial knob.
Set positive or negative shift using function and TOT/SHIFT buttons.
Press PTT to display receive frequency; use T.SQ key for sub-audible tone.
Save frequency to memory by pressing function, MW key after selecting channel.
