Move the holes in the front of the base panel outwards and add one in the
middle to aid straightness of base panels.

Along with the moving of 2 holes and addition of 1 hole, all the base holes are
now countersunk; therefore a screw change is required:
Change 7 x AB0072 SCREW M3X6 PAN TORX BK
to 7 x AB5836 SCREW M3X6 CSK POZI BK U/H PIP
