  If your Alliance Laundry Systems Dryer won't start, try the following: * For nonmetered models, turn the timer knob further into the cycle. * For metered models: * Insert coin(s). * Activate the timer and push the coin slide all the way in. * Insert coin(s) or card, if required. * Ensure the power cord is fully plugged into the electrical outlet. * Make sure the loading door is closed. * Push the start button. * Check the laundry room fuse(s) or circuit breakers. * Wait 10 minutes to see if the motor overload protector has cycled. * For gas dryers, consult the Installation manual to see if the fuse has blown.
