Motor Will Not Start
NOTE: Checks to be made only if motor does not start and “door” is not diplayed on control. If “door” is dis-
played please refer to door open troubleshooting.

across terminals 5
and 4 of the motor?

across H3-4 and H3-6
on the control?
No
Replace the motor.
Yes

Is there voltage
across H3-5 and H3-3
on the control?
No
Correct the wiring to
the motor.
Yes
Refer to door open
troubleshooting.
No
Replace the I/O
control.
Yes
