the N.O. terminal of
the door switch to a
neutral wire?
No
Replace I/O control.
Yes

Is there voltage on
the COM terminal of
the door switch to a
neutral wire?
No
Correct wiring
between door switch
and control. Also
check neutral supply
to control.
Yes
Correct wiring to
door switch.
No
Check operation of
the door switch.
Replace if necessary.
Yes
