If the supply/suction pipe cross-section is too narrow, increase it and remove any encrustations. If the suction height is excessive, consult the manufacturer. Also, make sure the supply/suction pipe is properly bled and completely filled. If there are air pockets in the supply/suction pipe, install a bleeding fitting and correct the piping layout. Check for air being sucked in and seal the source of the malfunction. For excessive gas or high pumped liquid temperature, which can cause cavitation, consult the manufacturer.
