3.6 Battery Replacement
Replace the batteries with the same quantity and type as the originals. The batteries are not hot
swappable.
DANGER: Make sure you have read the safety instructions in the front of this manual.
Only qualified personnel should change them.
Procedure
1
On the rear panel, open the cover to the maintenace bypass switch.

Turn the bypass switch to bypass.

Turn off the unit (Section 3.1).
4
Pop off and remove the front panel.
5
Take note of the battery configuration and wiring. Remove the batteries from the unit.
6
Replace the batteries with any of the qualified batteries listed in Figure 3.4.
7
Reinstall the front panel.
