Using your Kindle with your computer

When you first connect the Kindle to a computer's USB port, it will appear as an external storage drive or volume on
the computer's desktop. The Kindle volume contains a folder called "documents." You can add Kindle-compatible files
to this folder, and you can copy, move, or delete the files that are already there. If you have a large collection, it is
recommended that you create multiple subfolders inside the documents folder and put a maximum of 2,000 files in
