Why is my Ambient Weather Station Wunderground.com not updating?
    • A
      Ashley ClarkJul 27, 2025
If Wunderground.com is not updating, ensure the checkbox is checked in the web panel. Verify that your station ID and Station Key are correct. Do not copy and paste your station key into the console’s web display, as it will add a lagging space - type it in. Pay attention to potential confusion between similar characters like lower case 'l', upper case 'I', the number '1', the number '0', and the letter 'O'.

Why is my Ambient Weather Station wireless sensor communication lost?
    • C
      Colin RamirezAug 5, 2025
The wireless sensor communication might be lost due to several reasons. Ensure the transmitter is powered on, with the LED flashing approximately every 12 seconds; use lithium batteries in cold environments, and replace the batteries if the transmitter isn't flashing. Resync the console. The sensor should be within the 300’ communication range and not too close to the console (less than 5-10’). Avoid obstructions like solid metal or earth barriers. Keep the console away from electrical noise from devices like computers or TVs. Be aware that Radio Frequency (RF) Sensors cannot transmit through metal barriers or thick walls.
