3.5.1 Star ting the en gi ne (Manu al start)
• Set the en gi ne speed con trol le ver (1) to «MAX».
• Move the de com pres sor le ver (2) un til it stops in start po si ti on.
• In sert the star ting crank (4) and turn it with in crea sing speed.
• As soon as the en gi ne starts, with draw the star ting crank.
• In case of er ror, re turn the de com pres sor le ver to its in iti al po -
si ti on and re pe at the star ting pro ce du re.
3.5.2 Af ter the en gi ne starts
• Set the en gi ne speed con trol le ver (1) to «MIN».
• Al low the en gi ne to run for 1 – 2 mi nu tes to warm up.

ion le ver must be at «0».
