3.6.33 Hydraulic oil change and lter
replacement
Check for the rst time after 500 hours.
Hydraulic oil lter replacement
Take o the lter cap.
Unlock the lter cartridge.
Pull out the lter cartridge from the lter housing.
Dispose of the lter cartridge environmentally.
Insert the new lter cartridge in the correct place. Keep the posi-
tion of the safety cam.
Turn the lter cartridge clockwise up to the stop.
Oil the sealing ring on the lter cap slightly.
Put the lter cap in place.
Tighten the cap with the torque spanner (max. torque 20Nm).

Hydraulic oil draining
Note
Drain hydraulic oil only at operating temperature. Residues in
the tank are drained with the oil.
Place avessel under the hydraulic oil drain plug. Oil charge is
28.5 l (7.5 gal US).
Take out the ventilation lter.
Remove the cap from the hydraulic tank.
Let the oil ow out into the vessel.
Mount the plug. Tighten the screw connection with hand.
Tighten the screw connections in the hydraulic tank with hand.
