5. Drum Dismounting
Dismounting – mounting of vibrators
- Right side
Dismount the screws (1-38) – hang the cover (1-8) on jig no. 6;
using three screws (M16) in the process openings “A”, push the
cover away from the drum face.
Remove the cover.
Remove the vibrator using the same jig.
Dismount the screws (1-40), remove the cover (1-10), dismount
the retaining ring (20-16), press out the bearing outer rings
(20-7) from the covers (1-8), (1-10) and dismount the connect-
ing shaft (20-7).
