When dismounting the covers (1-7) and (1-10) and the vibrator
on the left side of the drum, follow the same procedure!
Preheat the bearing inner rings (20-14) to 90 ÷ 110 °C (194 ÷
230 °F) and dismount them from the shafts.
Remove the ring halves (20-9) and dismount the free cam (20-2).
The xed cam (20-1) can be removed by cutting the cam body
at its thinnest point or use a new shaft (20-5), (20-6) with the
cam (20-1).
If new parts are used when mounting the vibrator – heat the
cam (20-1) to a temperature of 250 ÷ 350 °C (482 ÷ 662 °F) and
place it on jig support no. 7; push the shaft (20-5), (20-6) with a
key (20-20) into it.
